It could be said, that the representatives of China and United States of America have
been on a truly tough day. Knowing their situation of how America’s military vessel
entered China’s coastal area, there’s been tons of different opinions whether the
islands on the south of China’s waters belong to China or to the territories near them,
such as the Philippines.
Despite the fact how both representatives seemed very close when they were found in
the main hall playing the piano, they presented completely different opinions during
the sessions.
The representative of China provides information about their cultural remains, such
as coins, pottery, architecture, that were found in the islands. After some analysis it
was clear that the islands used to belong to the Chinese.
“Nobody objected, so we claimed it’s ours” – The representative of China.
However, the representative of USA states the complete opposite. Historical remains
found in the island is nonsense – it cannot and will never be used as a strong
evidence, that Chinese were living in the island and that the it belonged to them.
When the time came to ask the USA representative why such obvious evidence
cannot be held as actual proof, he stated it’s because nobody has documented the
actual pieces of remains.

about such reference – if we had an apple, and everyone knew that it’s an apple, but
nobody had written a book about it, does it make an apple to be something else, for
example, an orange?
Unfortunately, denying historical evidence isn’t the only thing the American
representative could be judged for. During the sessions, representative got several
strikes for failing basic rules of procedure. For that, he was asked to explain as
detailed as possible why America is still using inches, feet and Fahrenheit.
The answer was simple – It’s because bigger numbers sound way more fun and impressive and by
that it is possible to have way more interesting debates when talking about, for
example, the temperature. On the other hand, he could have been scared - later the
representative of China proudly quoted: “China has the biggest cock”. Of course, we
will let that information bring more “interesting” debates.
